Refund policy
Each Maia Dept. piece is handcrafted in New York using natural and reclaimed materials. Variations in grain, texture, color, finish, and patina are an intentional part of the design process and should not be considered defects. These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of every piece. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@maiadept.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Furniture and made-to-order items begin production shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production has begun.
Estimated production timelines are listed on each product page. While we strive to meet all estimated lead times, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
